Nobody can say I’m not doing enough – Bassey
Big Brother Naija 2017 contestant Bassey Ekpeyong, in the glaring eye of the public, may not be considered to be performing as much as his counterparts, but he claims otherwise and insisted he is doing fine just as others.
Although the likes of Bisola, Tboss and a few others, who took part in BBN last year, have got lucrative endorsement deals, Bassey is yet to get a major deal.
But in a chat with Sunday Scoop, Bassey disagreed that he was yet to do as much as other ex-BBNaija stars.
“Critics can say whatever they like, but we should remember that man is not God. As long as you are true to yourself and you know what you do, it is okay. You cannot do above yourself and no one can tell me that I am not doing enough because they don’t know me.”
Speaking about his growth, he said:
“My growth has been unexpected and God has been surprising me. I am into music; I host events and I am an actor. I have released two singles and a video. Before the year runs out, I plan to put out my third single and second video. I am vast in entertainment; I cannot pursue music and ignore acting.”
